This website is operated by Card n Ginger Dice (“we”, “us”, “our”). Trading address and company registration details must appear here. Contact: support@example.com.
2. Accounts
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or attempt to bypass purchase limits.
3. Products and availability
Products may be limited. Images are illustrative. We may limit quantities per customer and use anti-bot controls (including stock checks) to protect fair access.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in GBP. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
5. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is authorised. We may cancel orders where required for fraud prevention, compliance, stock issues or obvious pricing errors.
6. Delivery
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes on delivery.
7. Cancellation and returns (UK consumers)
For most distance sales, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving goods and then return within a further 14 days after notifying us. Statutory exceptions may apply.
8. Faulty goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, you have statutory rights. These can include a short-term right to reject and a refund within 30 days in many cases.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Dispatch times & delays
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but dispatch times are estimates and may be delayed during busy periods or due to factors outside our control (for example: carrier collection/drop-off availability, local opening times, public holidays, severe weather, or limited packing capacity).
If we anticipate a material delay, we’ll contact you. If your order has not been dispatched, you can request to cancel for a refund.
Customers choose a delivery service level (e.g. tracked/express). We select the shipping carrier that meets the chosen service level for your parcel.
