Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-05-30
These terms apply to use of The Foil Vault and purchases made through this website. They should be reviewed before launch and updated with your final legal/business details.
1. About us
This website is operated by The Foil Vault. Contact: enquiries@thefoilvault.co.uk. Trading address, registered business details, VAT number if applicable, and any required company information should be added here before launch.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt to bypass limits, use bots, abuse fair-access systems, or create risk for other customers.
3. Products, stock and availability
Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose items, but packaging, artwork and product appearance may vary. Stock is limited and may be subject to purchase limits. We may correct obvious stock, pricing or listing errors and may cancel/refund affected orders where necessary.
4. Fair-access and anti-scalp controls
We may use limits, queues, account checks, manual review, “Proven Fan” features, stock unlocks, bot protection and other anti-abuse controls to support fair access. We may cancel, limit or refuse orders where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, bot activity, duplicated accounts, circumvention of limits, suspicious payment behaviour, or resale/scalping behaviour that undermines fair access.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Your order is not completed until payment succeeds and our system records the order as paid.
6. Order confirmation
After a successful payment, we send an order confirmation email to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and delivery address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
7. Delivery, packing and dispatch
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. We may use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or another suitable carrier to meet the selected service level. Internal order statuses such as “packed” or “sent” are operational fulfilment statuses and may not always be the same as courier tracking events.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by stock checks, packing capacity, carrier collection/drop-off times, public holidays, severe weather, or other factors outside our control. If we expect a material delay, we will try to contact you.
8. Cancellation and returns for UK consumers
For most online goods purchases, UK consumers have the right to cancel up to 14 days after delivery, and then a further 14 days to return the goods after telling the seller they want to cancel. Some statutory exceptions may apply, including for certain sealed goods once opened. We may ask you to return goods in a resaleable condition where legally permitted.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and evidence such as photos. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Digital rewards and account features
Features such as Caffeine Cash, Brewlings digital packs, account balances, unlocks or other rewards are promotional/account features only. They are not cash, are not withdrawable, and may be adjusted, reversed or removed if an order is refunded, cancelled, reversed, suspected of abuse, or added in error.
11. Transactional and marketing emails
We may send service emails about your account, verification, orders, payment, dispatch, support, returns or security. Marketing emails, if introduced, will be handled separately and will require an appropriate opt-in or other lawful basis.
12. Website availability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, pause or remove features for maintenance, security, legal, stock-control or business reasons.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or issues caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
15. Contact
For order, support, cancellation or returns queries, contact enquiries@thefoilvault.co.uk.
